About the Artist

BIO

Adrienne's art is a hybrid of painting, sculpture, and collage with a physicality of surface. Starting with enormous rolls of blank white canvas, Adrienne meticulously creates all the individual components by hand. Using only the finest quality professional paints and polymers, she hand-paints, cuts, and sculpts tactile shapes which are woven, rolled, and incorporated into intricately dimensional wall art.

Originally from Dalton, Georgia, Adrienne received eleven years of formal education in the arts, including graduation from the North Carolina School of the Arts, a BA in Studio Art from Florida State University, and a BFA with a concentration in Interior Design from the University of Georgia.

Her award winning pieces have been featured on the cover of Hoi Polloi and in Explore Gwinnett, and belong to private and corporate collections across the United States and Europe. Adrienne has been a resident artist at the Tannery Row Artist Colony since 2013 where she continues her studio work for public exhibition.
